Christmas in Arkansas

Yikes! I have some catching up to do on the blog! I know we're already through the first week of January, but for the sake of turning this into a scrapbook, I'm going to stay chronological and document the rest of our Christmas holiday.

On the 26th, we loaded up the car and headed to Little Rock. We had a great time celebrating with family! Will & Caroline loved seeing everyone, and we all enjoyed relaxing at my parent's house.  It's hard to believe that the holiday season has already come and gone!

We started out the visit by having "Christmas" with everyone. Will loved opening presents!
Every time he would rip the paper, he would say "ooooo" or "woa". It was adorable!
Someone was excited!  :)
Caroline loved spending time with GJ
We had a photo session of Caroline in her Christmas outfit...
Someone is starting to smile!  :)
Caroline loved meeting Aunt Suzanne...
and her cousin, Carol Ann!
Will had a ball playing with the big boys--Cooper and Luke
Caroline got to hang out with all of her cousins--even Cooper and Lauren!
Will took his first bath in GJ's giant tub--he thought it was awesome!
Will loved playing cars with Popa...
but his favorite game was "chase"!  Popa got some exercise! :)
Caroline loved snuggling with GJ...
...and with Popa!
Sweet "kisses" from brother
Caroline got to meet her great-grandmother, WeeWee

Caroline loved WeeWee and even smiled for her!
Will loved eating GJ's yummy food. He especially liked having his favorite things with him while he ate--notice the truck, Elmo cup, blanket, and random keys.  :)
We enjoyed hanging out with Nathan & Andre--they are exchange students who lived with my parents this summer & came "home" from college to spend Christmas with us!  :)
Matt & I took advantage of free babysitting and had a wonderful date night
The best family pic we could get!  :)
We love visiting GJ and Popa....
...and hope to visit again sometime soon!!
